British Columbians need affordable, dependable energy choices to heat their homes, cook their food and run their businesses.
Recently, several large BC municipalities have passed bylaws that block their residents from choosing renewable natural gas and natural gas now – or hydrogen in the future.
That elimination of choice for new residential and commercial buildings means heating homes and businesses will become more expensive and less dependable for British Columbians, while being blocked from clean energy options.
That would mean no more gas stoves, no gas fireplaces and no more gas barbecues!
